This privacy policy applies to the MaskPaste app (the “Application”) provided by nuintee (the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as your IP address
- The pages of the Application that you visit, and the time and date of your visit
- The time spent in the Application
- The operating system you use on your device
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device.
The Application does not use artificial intelligence technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, required updates, or marketing communications.
While using the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any information requested in this way will be retained and used as described in this policy.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services.
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided or automatically collected information:
- When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process
- When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect rights, protect safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- To trusted service providers working on the Service Provider’s behalf, provided they do not independently use the disclosed information and agree to follow this policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the relevant application marketplace.
Data Retention
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like user-provided data deleted, please use the contact form. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s internet usage and help ensure that children do not submit personal information without permission. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application or related services, please use the contact form so appropriate action can be taken.
In some jurisdictions, users must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of personal information, unless a parent or guardian may do so on their behalf.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be reflected by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the revised policy.
